RYOANJI ZEN GARDEN.  Visitors to Ryoanji came to meditate on their problems and to find understanding.  “In Buddhism, the number 15 signifies wholeness or completeness. In the rock guide, you can only see 14 stones at a time. If you can see all 15, it means you have already attained enlightenment”.

Corporations run around 8-14 business functions, such as sales and production.  The most significant but always missing function is the innovation. We believe this is the 15th ROCK that provides enlightenment for success.  We are aimed to be the 15th ROCK for every enterprise, providing bird’s eye view to connect all the rocks for digital transformation.

Hosin has a mission to help customers “make innovation real and predictable”.  Prior to Rock15, he worked as a Global Head of Envision methodology with 2 professors and practiced more than 200+  critical customer projects over the past 11 years with SAP. He helped SAP customers algine ideas with their vision and strategy, define viable business scenarios and solution, and jump start to build innovation capability in their organizations.

Ansgar brings a broad experience of business transformation projects to Rock15 and it’s clients. His passion is the consistent alignment of corporate goals with the right business process design and working functional implementations. He designed and built strategy-to-execution prototypes (40+) for some of the most influential companies of the world as external partner of SAP’s Global Value Prototyping Team.
