1. ROCK15 Digital Transformation Consulting Services

Over the decades, we’ve seen enterprises wrestle with the same challenges during digital transformation — often leading to delays, inefficiencies, and even project failure. Despite advances in technology, the underlying issues remain stubbornly consistent.

At the heart of this repeating cycle lies a fundamental question:
How can we make transformation as easy and repeatable as running business-as-usual?

That question led to the founding of Rock15—a consulting practice built to make innovation repeatable, predictable, and scalable. Our approach has since been proven in some of the world’s most demanding enterprise environments.

Rock15 isn’t just an expert service — it’s a mindset shift in how businesses evolve.

2. SAP Assessment

“Aligned Vision, Confident Execution”

As a distinguished SAP Select Partner, Rock15 excels in vision-driven ERP assessments & prototyping by delivering aligned, strategic plans that set your project up for success. Our proven strengths in enterprise architecture design and mission-critical problem-solving ensure your transformation stays on track.

Challenges

  • Lack of Clarity, Alignment, Commitment: Over 70% of digital transformation projects are considered failures, according to McKinsey research. The main reasons are lack of clarity, misalignment, and weak commitment. Business visions are often not fully aligned with the operating model, processes, and IT requirements across the organization. When a project is introduced, people often have different versions of the current business reality. This makes it difficult to agree on where they are today, what they’re aiming for, and how to get there. The lack of clarity leads to misalignment between business and IT, which often results in weak business commitment or internal politics during prioritization—ultimately causing project failure when alignment across the organization is not established from the start.
  • Time & Cost: Conventional consulting often spends too much time studying AS-IS operations through sporadic interviews and disconnected meetings. This approach frequently results in fragmented content and conflicting recommendations that reflect unbalanced requirements. As a result, teams often struggle to agree on the final recommendations and design by the end of the assessment.

How it works

We provide a vision-driven, top-down assessment service that begins with an Elevate Workshop (onsite, remote as needed) involving key business and IT champions as well as executives. Through this workshop, we align the vision with the operating model and high-level business processes.

Based on this foundation, the assessment team defines the key business capability requirements that address priority challenges and pain points. We then establish a solution architecture that enables these capabilities to achieve the desired business performance goals. At the end of the workshop, we conduct a solution readout with business and IT champions to gain directional alignment—typically the process is completed within one to two weeks.

Following this, the team conducts detailed sessions to identify specific gaps, uncover the underlying causes, and validate the requirements. This process typically takes an additional two to six weeks, depending on the scope.

If needed, we will build the SAP landscape on AWS and provide a running prototype system using the customer’s sample data. This prototype can then be used to accelerate decision-making with confidence and support the TO-BE implementation after the assessment, which takes four to eight weeks, depending on the scope and complexity of the scenarios.

What makes it different from other consulting practices?

  • Top-Down Alignment Methodology:

This innovative, design thinking-based methodology has been developed and refined through over 400 critical projects across industries. The facilitated process is designed to accelerate requirements definition and drive organizational consensus.

  • Specializing in Strategic SAP Architecture:

Our team consists of highly experienced SAP solution architects, many of whom come directly from SAP with 20 to 35 years of experience. As a result, we are a distinguished SAP Select partners, engaged in mission-critical projects focused on strategic architecture.

  • Built for Speed:

In today’s fast-changing and complex business environment, speed and effectiveness are essential for digital transformation success. Our practice is lean and focused, enabling us to deliver results in a significantly shorter timeframe compared to traditional consulting approaches.

Business Use Cases – M&A

Situation:
A New York-based grocery chain underwent a merger and acquisition and aims to continue growing through future acquisitions. The company’s strategy is to establish a common, flexible process platform (by using SAP S4HANA) to onboard newly acquired stores and accelerate post-merger integration. The goal is to enhance productivity and reporting to clearly demonstrate synergy value to shareholders.

Action:
Rock15 Consulting led a one-week top-down alignment workshop with executives and key business champions to define the solution direction and gain consensus on the solution direction and priority scope. This was followed by six weeks of 25 working sessions with business and IT teams from both merged companies.

Result:
Rock15 delivered a comprehensive final readout to executives and key stakeholders, including:

  • Transformation objectives and business goals
  • Critical success factors
  • Prioritized challenges from both companies and root cause analysis by solution experts
  • Target business capabilities up to Level 3, architected by our enterprise architecture team, mapped to pain points with clear explanations on how the capabilities address them
  • An aligned SAP solution architecture and a transformation journey map

This gave leadership across both companies a clear five-year vision, strengthened communication between IT and business, secured executive buy-in, and launched a transformation plan supported by a structured change management strategy.

Who should use SAP Assessment

(e.g., discovering value by leveraging unused licenses and addressing broken processes)
  • Companies planning to introduce SAP solutions (S/4HANA, SAC, IBP, Concur, etc.)
  • Companies evaluating a migration from SAP ECC (end of support 2027) to S/4HANA
  • Companies in need of an ERP transformation roadmap

4. Customer Center of Excellence

Turns around from a vicious cycle to a virtuous cycle

Businesses are dynamic, and the market is changing rapidly. When IT takes too long to respond to business needs, requests often become urgent or shift due to evolving priorities. This results in reactive, ad-hoc development with limited time for proper validation. The more spot fixes and patchwork solutions are

implemented, the harder it becomes to reuse components and maintain a governed IT architecture. Consequently, delays increase, costs rise, requirements

go unmet, documentation is lacking, and systems become fragmented. Worst of all, when a developer leaves, there is often no track record for support.

Rock15 Consulting addresses this challenge by providing a Center of Excellence (CoE) framework, supported by tools and services that help organizations establish an enterprise-level service platform and build the capabilities needed for effective execution. This empowers enterprises to eliminate the root causes of the vicious cycle and accelerate a virtuous cycle of continuous innovation between business and IT.

Challenges

  • Slow IT response times lead to missed business opportunities
  • Urgent, reactive development and patchwork solutions make systems harder to manage and scale
  • Poor reusability and governance erode long-term IT efficiency
  • Lack of documentation and knowledge transfer increases risk when staff changes
  • Disconnected systems drive up costs and delay innovation

How it works

We tailor our framework, tools, and services to fit seamlessly into the client’s business and IT environment by supporting multiple projects. We recognize that enterprises don’t build full capabilities overnight. Our program ensures a smooth transition—from initially relying on our services and best practices to gradually empowering internal teams through training and expert support.

Our Center of Excellence (CoE) framework, outlined below, is designed to enable effective and continuous innovation.

  • PEOPLE

Structure the CoE organization, and provide / supplement right experts (part time, full time, on-demand) and services at the right time

  • PROCESS

Tailor CoE process (organizational practice) and program such as “global community of practice”, support customizing for client organization and culture

  • ACCELERATORS, TOOLS, ASSETS

Provide methodology, templates, and tools. We help clients to create client specific accelerators and content (i.e., system template, integration contents, management tool, Enterprise Architecture templates, etc.).

  • AI-powered KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE – Rock15 Digital Brain

Enterprise projects often run for months or years, involving remote, cross-functional teams. People come and go, leading to fragmented communication and repeated questions—costing employees up to 18 hours a week just trying to understand what’s going on. Digital Brain solves this by delivering AI-powered, context-aware answers through chat. It pulls from past documents, current processes and design (enterprise architecture), and tribal knowledge—like having a senior expert available 24/7. Team members can instantly self-serve project-specific knowledge, without waiting on others—saving time and driving alignment.

  • SERVICES

Upon request, Rock15 Consulting provides on-demand services such as advisory, rapid prototyping with sample data, solution design, enterprise architecture governance, assessments, and roadmap development. Our dedicated capability coaches (senior architects) manage project and design knowledge in the AI-powered knowledge management system – Digital Brain. This allows us to support client needs in context—quickly and efficiently—without spending unnecessary time on knowledge transfer or AS-Is analysis.

What makes it different from other consulting practices?

  • Experience & Methodology for Big-Picture, Holistic Problem Solving: Our core strength is driving alignment and project success by standardizing the innovation process, capabilities, tools, and templates. We help teams accelerate time to value by leveraging enterprise knowledge and data. This enables project teams to see the full picture of digital transformation, communicate effectively across business, IT, and partners, and organize everything under a unified enterprise architecture.
  • AI-powered Knowledge Management System – Digital Brain: Enables shared understanding and facilitates unified conversations across global teams. Enterprises can manage transformation knowledge and design as structured data, using it to accelerate project success—driven by organizational knowledge. This substantially reduces the time spent on AS-IS analysis, planning, and building consensus.

  • Companies overwhelmed by growing urgent requests and patchwork solutions, stuck in constant firefighting
  • Companies needing to prepare for future transformation initiatives
  • Companies facing rising IT costs, spending most of their resources on maintenance instead of innovation
